Professional Pressure Washing in North Texas

Honest Work, Done Right, Diligently and with Integrity, All for the Glory of God.

North Texas surfaces take a beating: red clay, road grime, pollen, mold, mildew, and oil drips. When sweeping and hosing no longer cut it, a pressure wash can lift years of buildup from concrete, brick, and stone. Wrangler Washers is an owner-operated company based in Rhome, Texas, serving homes and businesses in Wise, Denton, and Parker Counties and surrounding communities. Every quote starts with a free site visit, so we see your surfaces before we name a price.

    Surfaces

    What We Clean

    Driveways, Sidewalks & Walkways

Tire marks, mud, and ground-in grime. On large flat areas we use a rotary surface cleaner, which helps produce an even finish and avoids the lines a bare wand can leave.

    Patios, Porches & Pool Decks

Shade and humidity feed algae, mildew, and mold, which make these surfaces slick. Washing lifts that buildup so they are cleaner and less slippery underfoot.

    Brick, Stone & Retaining Walls

Splash-back mud, mineral staining, and lichen collect on vertical masonry. We check the mortar first and choose the nozzle and distance to suit it. Worn mortar may need a lighter touch, and we will tell you if we see it.

    Commercial Entryways & Flatwork

Gum, spills, and parking-lot film gather at business entrances. Scheduled washing helps keep a storefront looking cared for.

    Dumpster Pads & Loading Areas

Grease and grime build up here. Washing removes loose residue and grime. Grease usually takes more than water to come off fully, so we will tell you what to expect at the site visit.

    House Washing

Dirt, algae, and mildew build up on brick and concrete walls over time. We wash them with the nozzle, distance, and method chosen for the surface, starting with a close look at the wall.

    • What we wash: Brick and concrete exteriors.
    • Before we start: We check mortar joints, cracks, and failing seals, since water can get in through those. If we see worn mortar or damage, we will tell you at the site visit.
    • Protecting your property: We pre-wet nearby plants and ask you to keep pets inside. If windows are part of the job, they are cleaned last so they stay clean.
    • Water: We use your outdoor spigot.
    • Quotes: Provided after a free site visit.

    How We Clean

    1. Site Visit & Assessment

We look at the surface: material, cracks, drainage, stains, and anything fragile. Your quote follows the visit.

    2. Prep & Protection

We pre-wet nearby plants, note outlets and fixtures, and ask that vehicles and furniture be moved.

    3. Surface Cleaning

A rotary surface cleaner handles large flat areas. A wand handles walls, steps, and edges.

    4. Detail Work

Corners, control joints, curbs, and tight spots are cleaned by wand at a controlled distance, with the nozzle suited to the surface.

    5. Rinse & Final Walkthrough

We rinse debris away from the house and neighboring property where possible and walk the job with you. If we missed a spot, we re-clean it. If windows are part of the job, they are done last.

    What We Need From You

    • A working outdoor water spigot. We use your water. If you do not have one, tell us before the site visit.
    • Vehicles, furniture, planters, and cords moved from the area.
    • A heads-up about known cracks, loose pavers, failing sealant, or past damage.
    • Pets kept inside while we work.

What Pressure Washing Can't Always Fix

Most dirt, grime, algae, and surface stains lift with a thorough pressure wash. A few problems go deeper than the surface, and we would rather tell you up front than surprise you afterward.

    • Rust stains. Rust from metal furniture, planters, or iron-rich sprinkler water can soak into concrete. Some stains lift well; others only fade. We will tell you what we see at the site visit, and if a stain does not fully come out, we will explain why.
    • Structural rust and concrete damage. Rust from the steel inside concrete can crack and flake the surface. That is damage, not a stain, and washing cannot repair it. If we see signs of it, we will point it out before we start.
    • Deep oil and older stains. Pressure washing with water rarely removes oil completely, and oil that has soaked in over time may only fade.

If we miss a spot, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean it.
